Here, you can also visit the Manikaran Sahib Gurdhuwara, a Shiva Temple, and hot springs. There are three hot springs, each specified for specific tasks. Of which natural one is inside the Gurdhuwara and is used for bathing. However, the other two are the property of guesthouses.
